Why passion fruit
Passion fruit is one of the top-selling flavors in American bubble tea. Passion fruit Yakult, passion fruit green tea, passion fruit smoothies. Every serious boba shop has some form of it on the menu. Most shops are running concentrate or powder, which is cheap but tastes it. The customers who care about real fruit notice immediately.
Our pure passion fruit juice is the real-fruit upgrade that repositions your menu. Single-ingredient, seeds-intact, same yellow passion fruit used in premium cocktail bars and Michelin-starred pastry kitchens. The seeds especially translate well to bubble tea. They layer with the tapioca pearls and give the drink a signature visual ID.
For a 16-oz drink, 1 oz of pure passion fruit juice gives you full flavor. A 10 kg case yields roughly 320 drinks at that ratio. 2–3 weeks of service at medium-high volume. A beverage brand's bottled SKU scales from there.
