Cuisines we supply

The same cane. Four traditions.

Vietnamese yellow cane is the variety that cuts across Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Caribbean drink traditions. One supplier, four menus.

Ganne ka ras

Indian restaurants

Fresh-pressed sugarcane juice is a staple across Indian cuisines. Served straight, with lime and ginger, or as a palate-cleanser alongside chaat and street-food menus. We supply the cane that makes the pressing worth watching.

Nước mía

Vietnamese restaurants

The quintessential Vietnamese street drink. Pressed to order with kumquat or passion fruit for banh mi shops, pho restaurants, and Vietnamese fast-casual concepts. Our frozen stalks ship in at 18–22° Brix. The sweetness customers expect back home.

Nam oy

Thai & Southeast Asian

Thai, Lao, Cambodian, and Khmer kitchens use sugarcane as a base for traditional beverages and specialty desserts. Same cane, different menus. Vietnamese yellow that delivers the clean sweetness the cuisine is built around.

Guarapo · caldo de caña

Caribbean & Latin

From Cuban cafés to Mexican aguas frescas stands, guarapo is part of the regional drink vocabulary. Fresh-pressed or frozen-and-thawed, our cane carries the grassy finish that agricole-style traditions call for.

Menu ideas

Four line items from one SKU.

Start with straight press. Add a citrus spin, a heat spin, and a dessert application. That's a full drinks-and-dessert menu section, all running off the same frozen case.

Ganne ka ras, nước mía, guarapo

Classic straight press

Peeled stalks pressed to order, served over crushed ice. The most iconic sugarcane drink across every cuisine that uses it.

Cane + lime · cane + kumquat

Citrus lift

A wedge of lime, kumquat, or calamansi pressed through with the cane. The acid lift that makes a pure-sweet drink balance on the palate.

Heat + herbal

Ginger or mint

Ginger root pressed through cane turns it into a shot of heat; mint makes a summer patio special. Both use our frozen stalks as the base.

Cane-sweetened syrups and sauces

Dessert + base

Reduce fresh-pressed cane juice into a syrup for shaved ice, kulfi, flan, and glaze applications. One SKU, many line items.

FAQ

Common restaurant questions.

What's the difference between your sugarcane and what I can get locally?

Our Vietnamese yellow cane runs 18–22° Brix with a cleaner, grassier finish than most US-grown varieties (which are bred for sugar refining, not juicing). Flash-frozen within 4 hours of cut at −35°C, it holds the freshness you remember from back home with a 12-month shelf life.

Can I serve fresh-pressed sugarcane juice at my restaurant legally?

Yes. Fresh juice pressed to order in a commercial kitchen is fully legal across every US state under standard foodservice regulations. No special permits required. We can share documentation (COAs, origin certificates, USDA compliance) for your health department file.

How much does a serving of sugarcane juice cost me as a restaurant?

Wholesale pricing typically lands at $0.30–0.60 per 12–16oz serving depending on volume. Menu prices of $5–8 keep gross margins in the 80%+ range. We'll share case-level math once we know your approximate monthly volume.

Do you supply other ingredients my kitchen uses?

Yes. We also ship 100% calamansi juice, passion fruit juice (with seeds), red dragon fruit chunks, and Monthong durian pulp. All flash-frozen, all in wholesale cases. Same Austin warehouse, same delivery window.

What's the minimum order for restaurants?

Single 22 lb case orders are available for new customer qualification. Wholesale pricing kicks in at 4 cases. Most restaurants run on a weekly or bi-weekly standing order sized to actual menu mix.
