Why distillers spec us

Recipe reliability, not a seasonal scramble.

Craft rum programs live or die on input consistency. Our drum program is designed to take the supply variable off your production calendar.

01

Single-origin, single-variety

Every drum traces back to family farms in Bến Tre, Mekong Delta. One variety, one terroir. Consistent Brix and aroma batch after batch, which is what recipe-locked distilleries need.

02

Flash-frozen juice, not concentrate

100% pressed sugarcane juice, frozen within four hours of cut. No water added back, no reconstitution, no preservatives. The fermentable sugar arrives exactly as it left the press house.

03

Food-grade logistics, distillery scale

Questions we hear from distillers

What your QA team will ask.

Do you supply sugarcane juice in bulk drums for rum distilleries?

Yes. We ship 100% pressed sugarcane juice in food-grade 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon IBC totes, and full-container pallet loads. Orders go direct from our Austin, Texas warehouse, frozen, with 2 to 5 day delivery nationwide. Minimum bulk order starts at a single drum. To validate fermentation before committing to a drum, start with a 24-bottle frozen sugarcane juice qualification case. Same source, smaller quantity.

Is the sugarcane juice food grade and single-ingredient?

Yes. Every drum is 100% pure sugarcane juice. No sugar, no water, no citric acid, no preservatives. Flash-frozen within four hours of cut at our partner press house in Vietnam and shipped frozen-solid. FDA-compliant containers, food-safe linings, and full COAs on request with every shipment.

What Brix and pH should I expect?

Our Vietnamese yellow cane juice runs 18–22° Brix and pH 5.2–5.6. We lot-document Brix and pH on the COA. For distilleries spec'ing tight fermentation curves we can supply multiple-lot averages on request so you can model your mash bill.

How does frozen juice compare to pressing fresh cane in-house?

For agricole-style rum, frozen juice is a production-grade equivalent. You thaw to pitching temperature, inoculate, and ferment. The sugar and aromatic terpenes survive the freeze intact. The trade-off vs. pressing fresh in-house is capital cost: you skip the mill, skip the bagasse, skip the press yield variance, and get a lot-consistent input.

What's the shelf life and storage spec?

18 months frozen at 0°F / −18°C. Once thawed for use, we recommend using within 7 days held refrigerated. Drums and totes ship frozen-solid and we recommend frozen warehouse storage until your mash window.

Can you supply other juices for distillery programs?

Yes. Alongside sugarcane we also supply calamansi, passion fruit, and red dragon fruit juices in the same drum and IBC formats. Useful for specialty rum finishes, craft cordials, and small-batch spirit programs that want a tropical note without sourcing from a dozen vendors.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Yes. Drum and tote orders ship LTL refrigerated from our Austin warehouse. Container-load orders can ship direct from origin with port-to-door coordination. We've supplied distilleries in 15+ states, from Louisiana cane country to craft operations on the Pacific Coast.

What's the minimum order and lead time?

Bulk orders start at a single 55-gallon drum. Standard lead time is 2 to 5 business days from Austin for in-stock orders; container-load orders from origin typically run 6 to 8 weeks; volume pricing kicks in at the pallet level. Want to test fermentation before committing to a drum? Start with a 24-bottle frozen sugarcane juice qualification case. It's the same source as the drum supply, just in a smaller format you can run a trial mash on.
