No shelf-life shortcuts
Fresh sugarcane and tropical fruit oxidize quickly. Freezing lets us avoid the preservative-and-stabilizer path used by many shelf-stable drinks.

About Lemon Juice
Where does your cane come from?+
Family farms in Ben Tre, Vietnam. Vietnamese yellow cane variety, sweeter and cleaner finish than Caribbean strains.
How is it preserved?+
We ship frozen because fresh tropical juice and fruit deteriorate fast once cut or pressed. Shelf-stable ready-to-drink products usually need heat processing, acid adjustment, preservatives, or stabilizers. We would rather do the harder cold-chain work so the ingredient list stays simple: fruit, cane, and juice. Our cane and juices are flash-frozen close to harvest and kept frozen through storage and freight.
