The 20,000 lb quote
Call an industrial frozen fruit distributor about durian or calamansi and the conversation starts at a 20,000 to 40,000 lb minimum, a full truckload or a container. That works if you are a co-packer with a cold storage contract. It is a dead end if you run a six-seat juice bar and your freezer is a two-door reach-in.
